- Always check body temperature before exercise, because if too much heat can harm the womb. Perform outdoor sports activities when the air is still cool, in the morning or late afternoon.
- Try not to be too hard while exercising, because it can increase body temperature.
- Do not do exercises that overload your back, especially after the first trimester, because it can restrict blood flow to the uterus.
