Ways of Giving Back to Work While Breastfeeding

Maternity leave is over, time for you to return to work. For routine breast-feeding for working mothers continue to run normally, do some preparation.

Adaptation of working time
You need time to adapt to the increasing role and activities, in giving breastfeeding while working. Consider return to work on Thursday. This method will allow you to adjust. Starting to work two days a week would be easier than working for a whole week after giving birth.

Planned schedule every day

Look for other working mothers who breastfeed also to exchange opinions, share experiences and support each other. You can join the community of nursing mothers to get support that empower you.
